Witches Hats

These are super cute and super easy.  Mix and make your favorite brownie recipe then cut into pieces.  Next take a fudge stripped cookie and place it upside down on the brownie, attaching it with a little frosting.  Next do the same thing with a Hershey Kiss and then pipe an outline of the kiss with frosting tinted to your favorite Witches hat color.  Then you have a witches hat treat to serve to your little goblins on halloween.
